A local concrete contractor for real homes

Plan the space below the surface and around daily life.

Riverstone Concrete serves Middle Tennessee homeowners who want a clear scope, a respectful crew and outdoor concrete designed for the way the property actually works.

Every project begins with use and site conditions. We review how vehicles, family and guests move through the area; how the new work meets doors, garages and existing slabs; how water crosses the property; and how materials and equipment can reach the site. Those details shape preparation, elevations, joints, finish and the final estimate.

Our work is residential and local. That means straightforward communication from the first photos through the final care instructions, without turning a city name or square-foot number into a one-size-fits-all recommendation.

Homeowner planning questions

Useful answers before you request a concrete quote.

These answers are general. The property, project type and current conditions determine the final recommendation.

What should I send for a concrete estimate?

Send the property address, project type, approximate dimensions, intended use and several wide photographs. Include the route from the street, connections to doors or garages, visible damage and water movement after rain. This helps us identify the right next step, while a final scope may still require onsite measurements and review.

How do I compare two concrete proposals?

Compare the same measured area and read removal, base preparation, grading, drainage, thickness, reinforcement, joints, finish, protection, cleanup, curing instructions and warranty line by line. Two totals are not comparable when one excludes important supporting work or assumes different site conditions.

Which Middle Tennessee communities do you serve?

Riverstone's core area includes Nolensville, Brentwood, Franklin, Spring Hill and Fairview. Nearby projects are considered from the exact address, scope and schedule. We operate as one local team and do not claim a separate office in every city we serve.

Can concrete be guaranteed never to crack?

No responsible contractor should promise crack-free concrete. Preparation, mix, reinforcement decisions, control joints, placement and curing help manage risk, but concrete still changes volume and can respond to settlement. What matters is a clear slab plan and honest guidance if an unexpected condition develops.
